Abstract
The on-orbit attitude of space targets is closely related to its working mode. Obtaining the on-orbit attitude of space targets can provide reference for on-orbit service and collision avoidance, which is of great significance. Inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) has all-weather, high-resolution imaging capability, and has become the main way to obtain the on-orbit attitude of space targets. This paper analyzes the development status of ISAR attitude estimation of three types of moving space targets, such as attitude stabilized targets, staring targets and spin targets, and summarizes the characteristics and problems of each type of technology paths. Finally, the development characteristics of the ISAR attitude estimation technology for space targets and the direction of future research are discussed.
