      Overview on cognition of clutter and target polarization characteristics for maritime radar

      • 摘要: 对海雷达回波极化特性研究是对海雷达目标识别以及抗干扰技术发展的基础.对海雷达回波信号包括目标信号和海杂波,其中,目标通常是飞机、舰船、弹头或无人机,而海杂波是制约雷达探测性能的关键因素.本文归纳总结了国内外在海杂波、目标(飞机、舰船、弹头以及无人机)极化特性方面的研究现状和主要研究结论,并对后续工作进行了展望.

         

        Abstract: Investigation of the polarization characteristics of maritime radar echoes is the foundation of radar target recognition and interference suppression. Maritime radar echoes are composed of target echo and sea clutter. Thereinto, the target could be airplane, vessel, missile or unmanned aerial vehicle, and sea clutter is the key factor affecting radar detection performance. This paper summarizes the research status of cognition of polarization characteristics of sea clutter and the above mentioned target echoes. It also presents some main conclusions and future work.
