      屏蔽效能宽带同轴线夹具的优化设计与测试

      Optimization design and testing of broadband coaxial transmission line holder for shielding effectiveness

      • 摘要: 为解决现有同轴线夹具测试设备无法满足材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能时域测试的宽频带要求等问题,在对同轴内外导体尺寸和过渡段进行分析的基础上,使用粒子群优化算法结合电磁场数值分析软件对支撑介质进行了优化设计,研制了一种宽带同轴线夹具测试装置.实测结果表明:所研制的同轴线夹具装置,回波损耗在64 GHz以下小于-20 dB;将材料屏蔽效能的测试频段上限最低扩展到64 GHz的同时,还保证了低频下限可达直流;测试所需的材料试样更小,曲线更平滑.

         

        Abstract: A broadband coaxial transmission line holder testing device was developed for existing testing equipment cannot meet the requirement of SE broadband test of shielding materials against electromagnetic pulse in timedomain.Firstly,the dimension of coaxial inner and outer conductors and the transition section were analyzed. Then, the support medium of coaxial transmission line holder was optimized by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with the electromagnetic field numerical analysis software.Measurement results show that the return loss of the developed coaxial transmission line holder device is less than -20 dB below the 64 GHz.The broadband coaxial transmission line holder not only extends the highfrequency limitation to 64 GHz,but also ensures the lowfrequency up to DC.Testing materials sample can be smaller,and the test curve is smoother.
