      强电磁场环境下屏蔽效能测试新方法

      New test method for measuring shielding JZeffectiveness on strong electromagnetic environment

      • 摘要: 为评价屏蔽材料对强电磁场的屏蔽效能,提出了一种在吉赫横电磁波传输室(GTEM室)内放置屏蔽箱的屏蔽效能测试方法,即屏蔽箱法,并阐述了测试系统组成.通过对同一种材料进行屏蔽效能测试,分析了该方法与屏蔽室法、法兰同轴法的屏蔽效能测试结果,结果表明:采用屏蔽箱法得到的屏蔽效能测试结果与另两种方法一致,说明该测试方法合理、技术可行.然后应用该测试方法在强电磁场环境对能量选择表面材料进行了屏蔽效能测试,测试结果真实反映测试材料的屏蔽能力,说明该方法适用于强场环境下的屏蔽效能测试,并能够分析强电磁脉冲作用下材料屏蔽效能与场强大小和极化方向的关系,弥补了屏蔽室法和法兰同轴法的不足.

         

        Abstract: In order to evaluate the material shielding effectiveness(SE)on the effect of strong electromagnetic field,a new SE test method named shielding box method(SBM)was brought forward and the test system was introduced.The SE of one material was tested by different methods which include SBM,shielding room method and coaxial test method.The same results of the three methods show that the SBM is reasonable.The SE of energy selective surface(ESS)material was tested with SBM,and the test results indicate that the method is applicable for the strong electromagnetic environment.The relationship of SE and electric field strength,polarization direction can be analyzed by the method,which complements the shortcoming of shielding room method and coaxial flange method.
