      基于频谱监测传感网的分布式协同信号识别

      Distributed cooperative signal recognition based on sensor network of spectrum monitoring

      • 摘要: 为提高频谱监测传感网对电磁环境的感知能力,提出一种分布式协同信号识别算法.该算法在传感器节点上提取调制信号的高阶累积量和谱线特征,融合中心则根据对传感器节点的信噪比估计为各节点分配权值,并在特征层上对各节点提取的特征参数进行融合,利用已建立的特征分类器完成对调制信号的识别.仿真表明:在高斯白噪声信道,信噪比不低于-4 dB时,能够对常见9种数字调制信号的识别概率高于90%;此外,在个别节点信道环境较为恶劣的情况下,仍能保持较高的识别能力.

         

        Abstract: An algorithm of distributed signal recognition is presented to improve the spectrum sensing ability of sensor network. The proposed method extracts highorder cumulants and spectrum characters of modulated signal in the single sensor node. The fusion center assigns the weighting values to the sensor nodes according to SNR estimation, and fuses the character parameters of sensor nodes on the character layer to fulfill the signal recognition. Simulations show that when the SNR is no less than -4 dB, for nine kinds of modulated signals, the proposed algorithm can get the correct recognition rate of 90% in AWGN channel. And the algorithm can still keep the high sensing ability in the case which some sensor nodes are in worse environment.
