Abstract: Based on the useable state of spectrum resource, a new dynamic frequency management method is discussed. For describing the states of spectrum resource clearly, frequency assignment list and useable frequency list were designed, which represent the influence upon frequency resource from inner and exterior system respectively. A dynamic frequency assignment mechanism with the variety of demands and channel states is designed. Simulation results show that interference in the system is eliminated effectively by dynamic frequency management, and spectrum efficiency is improved.
