      基于单部两坐标雷达的目标三维定位算法

      3D target localization based on single 2D radar

      • 摘要: 针对实际应用中目标三维定位的需求,提出了一种利用单部两坐标雷达估计目标三维空间位置的算法.该算法利用目标的动态模型,结合两坐标雷达关于目标多个时刻的测量信息,对目标三维空间的位置进行最大似然估计.还推导了目标三维定位误差的克拉美罗下限.计算机仿真实验验证了所提算法的有效性.扩展实验表明:回波信噪比越高,观测时间越长,目标与雷达的高度差越大,目标运动速度越快,定位精度越高.

         

        Abstract: In view of the requirement of estimating the threedimensional(3D) location of the target in real application, this paper proposes a 3D target localization algorithm based on single 2D radar. This algorithm utilizes the dynamic model incorporating the measurements obtained at distinct time index to achieve the maximum likelihood (ML) estimate of the target location. Then, the Cramér Rao lower bound (CRLB) for target localization mean square error (MSE) is derived. Simulation results not only show the efficiency of this algorithm, but also yield that the total localization accuracy can be improved with increasing of the target return signal to noise ratio (SNR), the frame number, the vertical distance between the target and the radar and the velocity of the target.
