      A prediction model of rain attenuation for the terrestrial lineofsight links

      • 摘要: 基于指数雨胞雨衰减物理模型得到的降雨率调整因子概念,通过对ITUR雨衰减数据库实验数据的分析,提出了一种降雨率调整因子公式,并利用ITUR雨衰减数据库数据回归得到了降雨率调整因子公式的参数,建立了一种利用全概率降雨分布的地面视距链路雨衰减预测模式通过与其它模式的比较表明:该模式预测精度优于其它利用全概率降雨的雨衰减预测模式,预测精度与利用概率转换的ITUR模式相当,且预测过程更加简便。

         

        Abstract: Based on the conception of rainfall rate adjustment factor obtained from exponential rain cell(So called EXCELL) model, and by analyzing the rain attenuation measured data in ITUR SG3 database, a formula for the rainfall rate adjustment factor is proposed. The coefficients in the rainfall rate adjustment factor have been regressed based on the experimental data in ITUR database, then, a new rain attenuation prediction model for the terrestrial lineofsight systems is proposed in which the full rainfall rate distribution has been utilized. The comparison results with other models shows that this model get better predict result than other models with full rainfall rate distribution, and get nearly same accuracy as the ITUR model with conversion,this model is also simple for use.
