      Pattern synthesis of linear antenna array based on improved particle swarm optimization with wavelet mutation

      • 摘要: 为了有效避免粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,POS)算法早熟收敛和陷入局部最优,提出了一种改进的小波变异粒子群优化(Improved PSO with Wavelet Mutation,IPSOWM)算法,该算法每次迭代时以一定的概率选中粒子进行小波变异扰动,将该改进算法应用于直线阵综合问题,结合实际应用中的数字衰减器和数字相移器进行了仿真试验.结果表明:该改进算法的搜索精度及稳定性均优于对比文献中结论,适合于天线阵综合问题.

         

        Abstract: In order to solve the problems of premature and local convergence of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, an improved PSO with wavelet mutation (IPSOWM) is proposed, in which mutation operator is applied to the selected particles with certain small probability. Furthermore, the improved algorithm is used in practice to synthesize linear array with digital attenuators and digital phase shifters. The simulation results indicate that the performances of the IPSOWM algorithm are superior to these of the cited references including convergence precision and stability, which means it is an effective method to solve the synthesis problem.
