      Design of 50 Ω load Blumlein-type high-voltage nanosecond square pulse generator

      • 摘要: 提出了纳秒级高压方波发生器同轴电缆并联设计方案,分析了四形成线方波成形机理,实验获得了50 Ω负载上的方波波形,解决了常用测量仪表、设备的50 Ω端口匹配问题,并且电压输出效率不降低;进一步分析了开关内阻和电感对输出电压的影响,提出了减小开关内阻和电感、优化电路结构和搭接工艺等提高电路平衡性的处置措施,研制的高压脉冲源在浪涌抑制器响应测试中已获应用。

         

        Abstract: A modified parallel connection method for Blumlein structure is presented in this paper. The experimental result show that this method can generate nanosecond square pulse on the load of 50 Ohm. The influence of resistance and inductance of switch on output pulse is analyzed. To increase the efficiency and decrease rise time, the methods of decreasing resistance and inductance, optimizing electrocircuit structure, and improving balancing of circuit are discussed.
