      • 摘要: 目前被广泛关注的负介电系数集成材料,其基本结构是在印制板上周期蚀刻连续或不连续金属丝,形成独特的周期性结构,使材料的有效介电系数在某一频段内为负数。同时,由于材料的周期性结构,在工程应用中可能会遇到一些问题,主要是由于周期终止而引起的边缘问题以及工艺原因产生的缺陷效应对材料电磁特性产生影响。采用时域有限差分法对这两个问题进行了数值模拟分析,得到了一些有意义的结果,为负介电系数集成材料的工程应用提供了理论依据。

         

        Abstract: Composite materials with negative permittivity is widely concemed, and its basic structure is periodic etched continuous or discontinuous thin wires in the PCB. Due to the unique periodic structure, the effective permittivity of composite materials in some frequency band is a negative number. Similarly, as a result of the periodic structure, there possibly be some questions in the engineering applications, mainly the defect effect caused by the technical issues and the edge question caused by the period ended produce to the electromagnetism characteristic of composite materials to have the influence. Therefore, FDTD is used to numerically simulation analyze these two questions, The numeral simulation provides the theory basis for the engineering application of composite materials with negative permittivity.
