      基于三次相位建模的天波雷达污染校正

      Skywave radar decontamination based on the cubic phase model

      • 摘要: 天波超视距雷达信号传输需要经过电离层反射,而电离层的扰动会对回波的相位造成调制,并展宽回波信号的频谱。杂波谱的展宽将掩盖目标回波,使目标无法检测。因此,在进行目标检测前,需要对回波信号做污染校正,以提高目标的检测概率。污染校正的关键在于频率估计。提出使用三次相位来对回波信号进行建模,并基于此模型提出一种新的频率估计算法,能够准确的估计出回波的瞬时频率。仿真结果表明:该算法与已提出的Hankel降秩(HRR)算法相比,能够跟踪更大的频率变化,因而具有更好的校正效果。

         

        Abstract: The signal of the skywave over-the-horizon radar is reflected by the ionosphere. The perturbation of the ionosphere modulates the phase of the backscattered radar signal, and spread its spectrum. The spread clutter masks the target and makes it difficult to be detected. Before target detection is performed, in order to improve the probability of detection, it is necessary to correct the contaminated radar return. Instantaneous frequency estimation plays a key role in decontamination. The return signal is modeled using a cubic phase (CP) component, and a novel frequency estimation algorithm is proposed based on this model. The simulation result shows that comparing with the Hankel rank reduction(HRR) algorithm, the new algorithm can track larger frequency perturbations thus has better decontamination performance.
