      磁保持继电器屏蔽罩的研究与优化设计

      Optimization design of shielding mask for magnetic latching relay

      • 摘要: 对磁保持继电器屏蔽罩的分析与研究可以满足使用者对其空间抗干扰能力的要求,以某型号单相磁保持继电器为基础,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了磁保持继电器电磁系统模型,仿真计算出静磁场干扰源对电磁系统的影响并设计出一种电磁屏蔽罩,使其具有良好的抗干扰能力.研究屏蔽罩上开槽对抗干扰能力的影响,在不降低其防护效果的前提下减轻重量,得到屏蔽罩开槽的优化方案,为其优化设计提供一定的参考依据.

         

        Abstract: In order to satisfy the requirements for the anti-interference capability of the space, it is necessary to analyze and study the shielding mask of magnetic latching relay. Based on a certain type of single phase magnetic latching relay, the electromagnetic system model of magnetic latching relay is established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The influence of static magnetic field interference source on electromagnetic system is simulated and an electromagnetic shielding mask is designed to make it have good anti-interference capability. Through studying the effect of slotting on shielding capability, we reduce the weight while keeping its protective effect to get an optimized scheme for slotting the shield, which provides a reference for the optimization of the shielding mask.
