      一种新型Ka频段功率合成放大器的设计

      Design of a novel power combining amplifier in Ka-band

      • 摘要: 为了提高Ka频段功率放大器的输出功率,设计了一种新型的毫米波波导内空间功率合成放大器.采用魔T功率合成器和波导-微带双探针转换实现的波导内空间功率分配/合成网络,在毫米波频段实现了宽带、低损耗、幅相对称的四路功率合成放大器.该毫米波功率合成放大器的合成效率,在25~29 GHz高于82%,在25~28 GHz高于86%.

         

        Abstract: In order to improve the output power of Ka band power amplifier, this paper presents a novel waveguide-based spatial power combing amplifier at millimeter-wave frequency. A magic T-power combiner and a waveguide-microstrip transfer are adopted in the waveguide spatial power dividing/combining network. And a four-way broadband low loss symmetrical power combining is achieved at millimeter-wave frequency. In the millimeter-wave power combining amplifier, the corresponding power combining efficiency is more than 82% in 25-29GHz, and more than 86% in 25-28GHz.
