      一种宽频带小尺寸频率可重构耦合器

      Tunable frequency coupler with broad bandwidth and small size

      • 摘要: 为了适应通信发展中小尺寸可重构的需求, 提出一种具有宽频带小尺寸中心频率可调的可重构耦合器.为减小电路尺寸, 采用π型可调结构, 并将可调部分电路放进耦合器内部夹角处, 并分析可调电路开路微带线的夹角、长度和宽度对中心频率的影响.电调功能由变容二极管实现.文中通过分析电路结构, 从理论上揭示了中心频率可调的机理.通过仿真、加工和测试, 仿真和测试结果吻合良好.仿真和测试结果表明:通过改变加在变容二极管两端的电压, 耦合器的中心频率在705~1 050 MHz范围内连续变化, 在频率变化过程中, 耦合器保持输出端口相位正交和幅度平衡.并分析了引起输出端插入损耗的原因.

         

        Abstract: In order to meet the demand of the small size and reconfigurable communication development, this paper presents a frequency reconfigurable hybrid with broad tuning bandwidth and small size. In order to reduce the circuit size, the π-type adjustable structure is adopted, and the adjustable part of the circuit is placed in the internal angle of the coupler. The open circuit microstrip line of the adjustable circuit has three parameters, the angle, the length and the width. The influence of three parameters on the center frequency is analyzed. The electric adjustment network is utlized with varactor diodes. In this paper, the structure of the circuit is analyzed, and the mechanism of the tunable center frequency can be revealed. The proposed hybrid is simulated, fabricated and measured. The measured results agree well with the simulated ones. Simulation and measurement results show that by varying biasing voltage of the varactor diodes, the center operating frequency can be tuned continuously from 705 to 1050 MHz. In the tuning range, it has phase orthogonality and amplitude balance of the output ports. The cause of output terminal insertion loss is analyzed.
