Abstract:
Based on data observed by ionosonde and scintillation monitor at Hainan station,as well as ROCSAT-1 satellite, the ionospheric plasma bubbles which simultaneously observed by the three instruments in Hainan region on April 23,2004,have been analyzed. The Strong range Spread F(SSF)observed by ionosonde started at 14∶30 UT and ended at 17∶45 UT.The occurrence time range of ionospheric scintillations observed by scintillation monitor was larger than that of SSF.From 16∶33 UT to 16∶34 UT,ROCSAT-1 detected two bubbles above Hainan region. The SSF and scintillations are considered to be caused by the bubbles. Thus we presented the significant evidence of bubbles simultaneously observed by ionosonde, scintillation monitor, and satellite.
