KA波段宽角扫描圆极化相控阵天线研究

      Study on Wide-angle Scanning Circularly Polarized Phased Array Antenna in Ka-band

      • 摘要: 提出了一种以金属环贴片为主辐射体的宽波束微带天线。天线工作频段为19 ~ 21GHz,以该天线单元为基础设计了一款具有宽角扫描性能的圆极化相控阵天线。通过加载寄生周期性圆形金属贴片展宽了天线单元的波束宽度。设计的8×8阵列天线波束在±60°范围内扫描时增益仅下降3.5dB, 在整个工作频段及大角度扫描角域增益大于18 dBic。

         

        Abstract: A wide beam microstrip antenna with a metal ring patch as the main radiator has been proposed. A circularly polarized phased array antenna with wide-angle scanning performance was designed based on the antenna unit, which operates in the frequency range of 19~21GHz. The beam width of the antenna unit was widened by loading parasitic periodic circular metal patches. When the designed 8 × 8 array antenna beam is scanned within the range of ± 60 °, the gain only decreases by 3.5dB, which is greater than 18 dBic.
