一种改善检波器温度特性对HPM功率测量精度影响的方法

      A Method for Improving the Influence of Detector Temperature Characteristics on the Measurement Accuracy of HPM Power

      • 摘要: 对于由微波接收天线、衰减器、微波检波器和波形记录等单元组成的HPM功率测量系统而言,如何有效抑制外场环境温度变化引起微波检波器特性变化对脉冲微波功率的影响是提高外场HPM功率测量精度的关键。比较法测量脉冲微波功率的原理是首先将待测脉冲微波和一个已知其功率的基准脉冲微波依次通过检波器检输出为两个视频脉冲;其次,测量这两个视频脉冲的幅度值,那么待测脉冲微波的功率等于待测脉冲微波对应视频脉冲幅度值与基准脉冲微波对应视频脉冲幅度值的比值乘以已知基准脉冲微波功率值。在待测量脉冲微波信号和基准脉冲微波信号处于微波检波器的电压-功率线性区时,理论上比较法测量脉冲微波功率的结果不受微波检波器温度特性的影响。

         

        Abstract: The radiated power measuring system mainly consists of receiving antenna, attenuator, microwave detector and waveform recorder. How to effectively suppress the influence of changes in microwave detector characteristics on pulse microwave power measurement is the key to improving the accuracy of outdoor HPM power measurement. The principle of using the Comparison method to measure the power of pulsed microwaves is to sequentially output two video pulses from the tested pulsed microwaves and a known power reference pulsed microwaves through the detector. Measure the amplitude of these two video pulses, and the power of the tested pulse microwave is equal to the ratio of the video pulse amplitude corresponding to the tested pulse microwave to the video pulse amplitude corresponding to the reference pulse microwave, multiplied by the known reference pulse microwave power value. Under the condition that the tested pulse microwave signal and the reference pulse microwave signal are in the voltage power linear range of the microwave detector, in theory, the comparison method for measuring pulse microwave power is not affected by the temperature characteristics of the detector. Comparison method has potential appliance value in achieving accurate measurement of HPM radiated field power in environments with significant temperature changes.
