      单通道调频连续波雷达动目标探测技术研究

      • 摘要: 单通道调频连续波(frequency modulated continuous wave, FMCW)雷达体积小、成本低,近年来是近距离目标探测领域的一个研究热点. 然而,动目标的速度-方位耦合问题会导致波束形成时测角模糊. 针对这一问题,提出了一种动目标补偿方法. 依据此方法给出一种单通道FMCW雷达信号处理流程,并进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明:动目标补偿方法可以有效地解决单通道FMCW雷达动目标探测时的测角模糊问题;应用此单通道FMCW雷达信号处理流程,可以实现对动目标的有效探测.

         

        Abstract: Single channel frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW) radar is attracting considerable critical attention in recent years due to its small size and low cost. However, the velocity-angle coupling problem occurs in a moving scenario, which eventually leads to obstacles for the application of beamforming. For this problem, the paper proposes a motion compensation method, and based on this method, a single channel FMCW radar signal processing flow is proposed. Numerical and experimental results are provided to validate the proposed method. It is suggested that the velocity-angle coupling problem can be effectively solved by the proposed motion compensation method, and moving targets can be effectively detected by using this single channel FMCW radar signal processing flow.
