      Clustering-based fast calibration method for phased array antennas

      • 摘要: 为了提高相控阵天线生产的校准效率,提出了一种基于聚类的相控阵天线校准方法。通过层次聚类算法对大量相控阵天线校准数据进行特征挖掘,获取具有相位一致性特征的通道分组模式。基于建立的相位差-校准分组关联模型进行校准优化,可有效平衡测试效率和精度,测试点数量可缩减至传统方法的10%,极大地提升了校准效率,为相控阵天线的大规模量产提供了有效的技术支撑。

         

        Abstract: To enhance the calibration efficiency in phased array antenna production, a clustering-based calibration method is proposed. By employing hierarchical clustering algorithms to perform feature extraction on massive phased array antenna calibration datasets, channel grouping patterns with phase coherence characteristics are identified. Calibration optimization is implemented based on the established phase deviation-calibration grouping correlation model, effectively balancing the requirements for testing efficiency and accuracy. This approach reduces the required test points to 10% of conventional methods while significantly improving calibration throughput, thereby providing robust technical support for large-scale manufacturing of phased array antennas.
