一种变厚度的毫米波天线罩设计与研究

      Design and research of a variable-thickness millimeter-wave radome

      • 摘要: 本文对力热载荷条件下的天线罩设计进行了详细分析,结合材料工艺特性提出了均质陶瓷变厚度方案。通过计算天线罩功率传输系数和瞄准误差性能随天线扫描角的变化曲线,论证了变厚度天线罩对于等厚度天线罩的优势,并对厚度进行了优化,仿真与测试结果较吻合,同时预测了天线罩在高温条件下的电特性变化。本文对于力热载荷条件下的天线罩设计具有工程指导意义。

         

        Abstract: A detailed analysis of radome design under mechanical and thermal loading conditions is presented in this paper. A variable thickness design using homogeneous ceramic is proposed, incorporating considerations of material and manufacturing characteristics. The advantages of the variable thickness radome over constant thickness design are demonstrated through calculation of the power transmission coefficient and boresight error performance as functions of the antenna scan angle. An optimized thickness profile is derived, and simulation results are shown to be in good agreement with experimental measurements. Furthermore, variations in the electrical properties of the radome under high-temperature conditions are predicted. This study provides valuable engineering guidance for the design of radomes subjected to combined mechanical and thermal loads.
