Abstract:
Super low frequency (SLF) remote control system is disturbed by the atmospheric noise seriously, and the performance of traditional matched filter degenerates obviously. In order to improve the reliability of the SLF remote control system, the corresponding noise model and signal processing method are researched. Analysis of measured data verifies the feasibility of the symmetric
α-stable (SαS) distribution fitting of channel noise. Based on the SαS distribution model, the inhibitory effect of Myriad filters, locally optimal detectors (LOD), and clippers to SLF atmospheric noise are researched. The results show that SαS distribution can serve as amplitude probability distribution (APD) model, and Myriad filters can lower the computational complexity to achieve effective suppression of SLF atmospheric noise.
