      • 摘要: 提出了一种采用非对称共面波导进行相位补偿的弯曲共面波导结构。该结构在传统共面波导弯曲结构中引入由非对称共面波导、共面波导以及渐变短截线组成的周期性结构,以解决传统弯曲结构中,因两槽中的信号存在相位差而激发奇模的问题。所提出结构具有等阻抗特性,这对于信号的传输是有益的。理论分析和仿真测试结果证明了这一结构在相位补偿上的有效性,结合数值计算的设计方法亦得到总结。

         

        Abstract: A novel asymmetric coplanar waveguide (ACPW) phase compensated structure for coplanar waveguide (CPW) bend is proposed. It introduces a periodic structure composed of CPW, ACPW and tapered lines, which can suppress the odd mode excited by different phases in two slots of the transmission line. The proposed structure is equi-impedance, which would be benefit for signal transmission. Theoretical analysis, numerical simulations and measurements results demonstrate the validity of the structure in phase compensation, and the design method of using numerical computation is also summarized.
