Abstract:
Extracting micro-Doppler feature correctly is significant for radar target recognition. One FM flicker noise generation method and parametric model for phase noise synthesis are proposed. Based on it, combined with the analysis of the impact of phase noise on micro-Doppler feature extraction, a simulation system for coherent pulse radar’s micro-Doppler feature extraction is presented where phase noise of carrier signal acts as the main role of interference source. Introducing inverse Radon transform, quantitative analysis the impact of phase noise on micro-Doppler feature extraction of radar target is given for the first time, giving the conclusion that existing crystal level can support the micro-Doppler feature extraction of warhead target in middle stage.
