      短波低频段远距离天波信号特性分析与实验研究

      Theoretical and experimental study for long-distance lower frequency skywaves of the HF band

      • 摘要: 分析了短波低频段天波信号的传播特性,得出该频段远距离天波信号来波仰角比较低、在中地磁纬度以上地区垂直极化分量比较大的重要结论;并通过两次专题实验验证结论的正确性.同时结合实验,论证出采用具有低仰角辐射特性的垂直鱼骨天线是该频段远距离信号的有效接收方法.文中实验研究得出的结论对实现短波全频段信号的有效接收具有重要意义.

         

        Abstract: By analyzing the propagation characteristic of lower frequencies of the HF skywaves, we found that the radiation angle is smaller and in middle and high magnetic latitudes the vertical polarization component is more larger on lower frequencies of the HF band. The conclusions above were verified by two experiments. Furthermore, the experiment results also verify the validity of the vertical fishbone antenna for receiving long-distance signals because of its lower radiation angle of elevation. The conclusions of the experimental study for long-distance lower frequency skywaves of the HF band are highly significant for efficiently receiving HF full band signals.
