      基于独立成分分析的时相调制通信技术分析

      Time-phase modulation communication technique based on independent component analysis

      • 摘要: 针对时相调制通信系统从频域设计滤波器存在困难的问题,在该系统中引入独立成分分析技术从时域进行滤波.建立了基于独立成分分析的时相调制通信系统,对接收端的观测信号进行预处理,采用基于梯度的极大化非高斯性独立成分分析算法进行时域滤波处理,得到相对独立的几路信息,从而提取出时相调制信号中相位突变特征信息,经过幅度检测,完成对输入信号的恢复和解调.仿真表明:独立成分分析方法不仅能获取时相调制信号的特征,而且检测和解调后的系统性能保持较好.

         

        Abstract: To the problem that in frequency domain designing filter about time-phase modulation(TPM)communication system has some difficulties, this paper introduces independent component analysis(ICA)technique. We build TPM communication system based on independent component analysis,and make preprocessing towards observation signals.Then we adopt time-domain handling method using maximization nongaussian algorithm based on gradient,which can extract the abrupt phase information of timephase modulation signals generated at discrete time point. Finally, through amplitude detection,we can complete recovery of the input signals. The simulations show that the ICA technique can extract features of TPM signals,and the system performance after detection maintains well.
