      A K-Band dual beam receiving phased array on satellite communication

      • 摘要: 针对卫星通信终端天线双波束同时接收应用需求,研制了一款K频段双波束接收卫通相控阵天线。该天线基于板级集成天线(antenna on board, AOB)平板有源相控阵架构,实现了天线阵面、R组件、波束形成网络、波控及电源的高密度集成。对1024阵列规模的天线样机进行了加工测试,测试结果表明天线两个波束扫描范围均可达±60°,G/T≥4.22 dB/K。该天线具有剖面低、重量轻、成本低、生产效率高的特点,对平板架构的多波束有源相控阵天线的研制具有指导意义。

         

        Abstract: Aiming at the demand of simultaneous receiving in dual beam for satellite communication terminal antennas, a K-band dual beam receiving phased array on satellite communication is designed. The flat-panel active phased array architecture, which integrated antenna on board, is adopted to achieve high density integration of antenna, R model, beamforming network, beam controller and power supplier. A 1024-element receiving phased array antenna prototype is manufactured and tested, which shows that the antenna is able to scan to ±60° and the gain-to-noise (G/T) is no less than 4.22 dB/K. The proposed phased array has the characteristic of low profile, light weight, low cost, convenient for mass production, and is instructive for engineering research on multi-beam flat-panel active phased array.
