      新型多维电磁特性可调控雷达角反射器设计方法研究

      Design method of new reconfigurable radar corner reflector with multiple electromagnetic characteristics

      • 摘要: 为了提高雷达角反射器的电磁特性模拟灵活度,提出了两种新型电磁特性可调控雷达角反射器设计:一种通过引入幅度调控结构加载电阻阻值随电压变化的PIN二极管改变反射系数幅度;另一种通过引入相位调控结构加载电容随偏置电压变化的变容二极管改变反射系数相位. 以正方形三面角反射器为例进行仿真验证,通过对幅度调控结构进行空间调制实现雷达散射截面积(radar cross section, RCS)变化,且变化范围在30 dBsm以上;通过对相位调控结构进行时间调制实现二维像偏移,在设定的成像场景下产生1.875 m的偏移距离. 理论分析结果与全波仿真结果吻合较好,表明了本文分析方法的可行性. 该研究方法将时空调制理论应用于雷达角反射器上模拟RCS可变、距离可变的目标,为其应用提供了更广阔的应用思路和背景支持.

         

        Abstract: In order to improve the flexibility of electromagnetic characteristics of radar corner reflector, the design of two new reconfigurable radar corner reflectors with multiple electromagnetic characteristics is proposed in this paper. The first one is amplitude-reconfigurable loaded with PIN diode, whose resistance changes with bias voltage, while the other one is phase-reconfigurable loaded with varactor diode, whose capacitance changes with bias voltage. Taking a square triangular reflector as an example, the amplitude reconfigurable structure is spatially modulated to change the radar cross section(RCS) by more than 30 dBsm, while the phase reconfigurable structure is temporally modulated to achieve range profile deflection by 1.875 m. The analytical results are in good agreement with full-wave simulation results, indicating the feasibility of the analysis method. The research applies space-time modulation theory to radar corner reflector to simulate target with changeable RCS and range, providing new ideas for their application.
