Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of channel inconsistency on the direction finding accuracy of the long vector model of the traditional polarization sensitive array and the low real-time performance of the traditional long vector multiple signal classification (MUSIC) algorithm, firstly, a planar spiral antenna is added in the center of the array based on the traditional polarization sensitive direction finding system, as an internal source, the inconsistency of other vector channels is corrected efficiently; then, the fast music algorithm of scalar circular array combined with fast Fourier transform (FFT) is extended to vector array, and a reduced dimension fast polarization MUSIC algorithm is proposed. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the error correction method and the fast algorithm can effectively improve the real-time performance of the algorithm on the premise of ensuring the angle measurement accuracy. This paper provides an error correction method and a fast and practical direction finding algorithm for polarization sensitive array direction finding.
