      基于粒子群算法的室外配用电场景射线追踪优化方法

      Ray tracing optimization using particle swarm algorithm for an outdoor power distribution and utilization scenario

      • 摘要: 为高效地利用射线追踪(ray tracing, RT)方法对室外配用电环境毫米波段进行传播特性研究,提出一种将RT方法与粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization, PSO)算法相结合的RT优化方法. 首先进行低分辨率RT,利用距离参数筛选出可能到达接收端的射线发射角度,并将其划分成多个搜索区域;然后在每个搜索区域中利用PSO算法寻找最优路径. 该方法的路径损耗仿真结果与传统RT仿真结果以及实测数据都表现出了良好的一致性,场强覆盖预测也和传统RT仿真结果相一致. 结果表明,该方法在保证精确度的同时可以有效提高RT计算效率,并避免了传统RT中的接收球问题,具有一定的工程应用价值.

         

        Abstract: In order to use ray tracing (RT) method more efficiently to study millimeter wave propagation characteristics in an outdoor power distribution and utilization scenario, a RT optimization method combining the RT and the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is proposed. The method first performs low-resolution RT, and then selects the ray emission angle which is likely to reach the receiving end with the distance parameters, and divides the angle into multiple searching areas. Then, the method uses the PSO algorithm to find the optimal path in each searching area. The path loss and field strength coverage prediction results have good agreement with the traditional ray tracing and measured results. Compared with traditional RT, this method can effectively improve the computational efficiency, and it can also avoid the receiving ball problem in traditional RT method, which is valuable in engineering applications.
