Abstract
In this paper we propose an assistant decision model to improve the accuracy and efficiency of vessel formation electromagnetic spectrum management. Using the model, the spectrum manager can obtain the decision support dynamically, which can be realized by searching the similarity of spectrum management cases or optimizing the spectrum allocation scheme in an intended scenario. The simulation results show that the assistant decision functions can be achieved using the model and its algorithms. Finally, we prove the effectiveness of the assistant decision model in enhancing the capability of spectrum management for the vessel formation.
