      Evaluation of spectrum plans based on fuzzy matterelement optimization model

      • An evaluating method of spectrum plans is proposed, in which a suit of performance indexes for evaluation are build up by using demand matching degree, spectrum economical efficiency and antijamming ability of the spectrum plan. A fuzzy matterelement optimization model is employed to realize the multiple objectives evaluating of the spectrum plan. Simulation results show that the performance indexes for evaluating can be analyzed quantificationally and the fuzzy matterelement optimization model can reflect the performance of the spectrum plans directly, and the evaluating method is valuable for the spectrum decision.
