Abstract
In HF network, link status is an important parameter for dynamic frequency management. Realtime status inquiry is the optimal method for getting link status. This paper introduces an efficient method of HF network link status inquiry, designs the inquiry algorithm and burst waveform which can implement without additional hardware resources. Simulation results show that this method can get all link status data with negligible influence on communication.
