Abstract
The performance of the multiple-antenna system with maximal ratio combining (MRC) and multiuser scheduling is studied in the multiuser uplink in the presence of unequal power cochannel interferences (CCI) from other cells. The channels of useful and interference signals are assumed to be Nakgami-m and Rayleigh fading. The closed form expression for outage probability of system is derived by using performance analysis method based on probability density function. Simulation results show that, the analytical curves of the derived expressions match well with the numerical simulations, and the increase of the number of receive antennas and users are benefit to the improvement of system performance due to multi-antenna and multiuser diversity, and the presence of a predominant interferer deteriorates the outage performance.
