Abstract
For ensuring multiple homotypic radars to work normally together at close quarters, the problem of homotypic interference has to be solved. In this paper, a method is proposed to design radar working-sequence for resisting homotypic interference based on clonal selection. First, limitations of the existed methods are briefly summarized. The relationship between the average homotypic interference and the radar working-sequence is discussed. Then the mathematical model of the optimized radar working-sequence is established to minimize the average homotypic interference. A heuristic search is constructed based on clonal selection to solve an integer non-linear programming problem. According to the experiment results, the clonal selection algorithm converges rapidly at the global optimal solution in high probability, and the best trade-off between the radars efficiency and the anti-homotypic interference performance is achieved.
