New method of identification friend or foe integrating the fuzzy set theory and evidential theory

To solve several problems such as requiring independence of evidence, limitation in finding evidence,conflicting evidence,a new method for identification friend or foe specifically for air target is proposed.This method integrates the fuzzy set theory and Dempster-Shafer(DS)evidential theory for identification processing with the multi-sensor information input and assurance result of identification output. Finally,the effectiveness of the method is proved through typical examples.
