Survey on the construction methods of spectrum map

The visualized quantitative description of integrated electromagnetic environment information, which is applied by spectrum map and geolocation information, is the basis of the spectrum management, electromagnetic pollution precaution and electromagnetic spectrum warfare planning. This paper provides the brief introduction of structure, categories and typical systems of spectrum map at first, then elaborates the spectrum map construction methods and analyzes their performance as well as discusses their current challenges and development trend, and makes a summary of spectrum map construction in the end.
