Effects of electromagnetic field on immune logical traits of mice in wireless charging of electric vehicles

      • This paper studies the effects of electromagnetic field on immunological traits of mice in wireless charging of electric vehicles. Seventy-two mice are randomly divided into a control and a, b, c experimental groups in different positions of two coils. Group a is at the center of two coils, group b is placed in Y-axis at 20 cm, group c is placed in Z-axis at 20 cm. Experimental groups are exposed 2 h every day with charging frequency of 45 kHz and receiving power of 22 kW. Content change of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-12, IL-6, IgG in serum and T cell subsets (CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+) in spleen of mice were detected after 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks. The results of the experiment are as follows:IL-6 of group c is less than control group and group b, TNF-α of group c is less than group b after the first week. Compared with the control group, TNF-α of group a is increases after the second week. After the fourth week, TNF-α of group c and group a are less than control, IFN-γ of group a is less than control. The changes above have Significant difference (P < 0.05). But increasing or decreasing number are within the normal ranges of each parameter. Content of IL-12, IgG and T lymphocytes call of spleens have no difference (P>0.05) in the first week, the second week and the fourth week among groups a, b, c and the control group. The experimental results show that the mice immune parameters of the experimental groups are within the normal ranges at different time under this experiment condition. Thus, the established wireless charging environment has no effect on the immunological traits of mice.
