      Optimization design of shielding mask for magnetic latching relay

      • In order to satisfy the requirements for the anti-interference capability of the space, it is necessary to analyze and study the shielding mask of magnetic latching relay. Based on a certain type of single phase magnetic latching relay, the electromagnetic system model of magnetic latching relay is established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The influence of static magnetic field interference source on electromagnetic system is simulated and an electromagnetic shielding mask is designed to make it have good anti-interference capability. Through studying the effect of slotting on shielding capability, we reduce the weight while keeping its protective effect to get an optimized scheme for slotting the shield, which provides a reference for the optimization of the shielding mask.
