      Antenna design for a full-screen smart mobile phone

      • This paper proposes a full-screen smart mobile phone antenna and achieves bandwidths of 700-960 MHz, 1 710-2 170 MHz, and 2 500-2 700 MHz. The size of the designed mobile phone simulation model is 158 mm×77 mm×7.5 mm, and the size of the mobile phone antenna is 70 mm×5 mm×4 mm. The antenna efficiency of 700-960 MHz is 20%-35%, that of 1 710-2 170 MHz is 20%-55%, and 2.5-2.7 GHz is 25%-35%. When the width of antenna clearance area is only 3.5 mm, the radiation efficiency of the antenna can meet the design requirements.
