      Smart energy meter reading technique based on spread spectrum sampling decision

      • The existing meter reading mode in China is mainly based on manual meter reading, and it is developing to the four-in-one remote automatic meter reading and on-line metering. In this paper, a smart energy reading technique based on spread spectrum sampling decision is proposed. The physical mode and mathematic model of the meter reading system channel are established. Then the meter reading system is analyzed by direct sequence spread spectrum communication, and the final decision output is sampled. Finally, the article compared with other communication methods.The result shows that the research is well adapted to the remote data collection and transmission, which ensures the reliability, feasibility and accuracy of remote meter reading. Therefore, this study has theoretical significance and practical value for the development of four-in-one remote automatic meter reading and on-line measurement technology.
