Abstract
For applying EM topology theory and PWB to calculate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, the calculating of coupling cross section is the key, which is usually dependent on the measurements in reverberation chamber. This article uses the concept of angular spectrum of plane waves and Monte Carlo methods to simulate the electromagnetic environment of reverberation chamber, use a new fast method to extract the ideal reverberation chamber statistical parameters and mean coupling cross section of transmission line. The advantage of high accuracy and fast simulation speed and wide range of usage scenario of this method is proved through comparison with the references.
