Direction of arrival estimation under low rank
In direction of arrival(DOA) estimation, the rank of array receiving data (observed matrix) is usually less than signal numbers, which results in failure of super-resolution algorithm based on subspace decomposition. Although the compressed sensing method can handle these problems which mostly have a simple vector norm synthesis to turn to single measurement vector with increasing rank of observed matrix, i.e. multiple measurement vector. Therefore, this process does not take full advantage of the extra sampling information. By studying the mechanism of signal reconstruction under rank missing, this paper proposes an adaptive weighted recursive algorithm which can effectively solve the problem induced by the low rank. The algorithm can construct relatively accurate signal subspace by projecting extra sampling data. In addition, this algorithm can achieve unbiased estimations with increasing number of the samples.
