The simulation knowledge of complex electronic information system is still in continuous innovation and development. The relative system theory and method has not been formed. Based on years of researches, the simulation framework of theory and method for complex electronic information system is combined and prepared, which includes basic theory, subject theory, methodology, and engineering method. In the end, the comprehensive applications of various theoretical methods are discussed.
