Deployment optimization algorithm for electromagnetic spectrum monitoring equipment

  • A monitoring equipment deployment optimization algorithm is propsed to deploy the monitoring equipment to the best positions. First,based on the radio propagation environments and parameters of monitoring equipment the monitoring capability model, the combined monitoring model of monitoring equipment and monitoring deployment efficiency are established. The adaptiv genetn algorithm(AGA) is introduced into the algorithm. Then, the electromagnetic spectrum monitoring equipment is deployed as a combinatorial optimization problem, with the evaluation criterion to best monitor the region, to select and deploy the monitoring equipment in the monitored region, and improve the utilization of monitoring equipment. In the end, experiments show that the method is feasible and effective.
