Abstract
In this paper, a fast optimization base on Broyden algorithm for the pattern synthesis of the distributed airborne conformal smart skin is presented. This algorithm takes minimizing the side lode level as the goal by continuative process using K-S function, and low side lobes can be realized. The efficiency for this algorithm is verified by simulation using different weighting method. Compared to the stochastic algorithm such as genetic algorithm, convergence velocity of this algorithm is faster and can avoid local optimum. This algorithm is suitable for pattern synthesis of the large scale conformal antenna array, and it can find wide engineering application value in the future.
